From your Jobber account (via OAuth API):

- •Customer history and activity dates
We access Jobber data in read-only mode. We do not modify your Jobber data.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- •To provide and operate the Service
- •To send automated follow-up emails to your Jobber customers on your behalf
- •To generate revenue recovery reports for your dashboard
- •To improve and optimize the Service
- •To communicate with you about your account
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data or your customers data to third parties. We share data only with:
- •Resend (email delivery service)
- •Supabase (database and authentication)
- •Anthropic (AI email generation)
- •Vercel (hosting)
All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and process data only as necessary to provide their services.
5. JOBBER DATA
Data accessed from your Jobber account is used solely to provide the HVACPulse Service. We store only the minimum data necessary. You can request deletion of all your Jobber data from our systems at any time by contacting hvacpulse.in@hvacpulse.in.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data is deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:
