Refund Policy

HVACPulse offers a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied with HVACPulse for any reason.

After 7 days from first charge, refunds are not available for partial months.

Email hvacpulse.in@hvacpulse.in with subject "Refund Request" and your account email. We process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• •Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
• •Requests made after 7 days from first charge
• •Previously refunded accounts
