1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using HVACPulse ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
HVACPulse is a SaaS platform that integrates with Jobber to automate quote follow-ups, contract renewal reminders, and customer reactivation for HVAC businesses. The Service reads data from your Jobber account via OAuth 2.0 and sends automated emails on your behalf.
3. JOBBER INTEGRATION
HVACPulse connects to your Jobber account using Jobber's official OAuth 2.0 API. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service: quotes, contracts, clients, and jobs. We do not modify, delete, or write data to your Jobber account. You may disconnect HVACPulse from your Jobber account at any time from your Settings page.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails. You agree to comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable. You are responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service to your customers.
6. DATA AND PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard security measures.
7. PAYMENT AND BILLING
HVACPulse is offered on a subscription basis: Starter at $40 USD per month and Pro at $110 USD per month, with discounted annual billing available ($360 USD per year for Starter, $948 USD per year for Pro). A 7-day free trial is available. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
HVACPulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tejinder Singh and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hvacpulse.in@hvacpulse.in.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HVACPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
